Incognito co-founder Paul "Tubbs" Williams died on December 30th,2006. The sad news was spread by Incognito's bandleader Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick.

I bring you all the very sad news that my dear friend from Light Of The World and Incognito founder member Paul "Tubbs" Williams has passed away today. My deepest condolences and my heartfelt love goes out to his family in Holland. No one has influenced my creative spirit more than he. I thank the heavens for bringing him into my life for a brief but most inspiring moment.
